How does this work?

We will gather a scoop of gumball capsules that coordinate with items we have carefully selected. Once your capsules are scooped, your items are gathered and prepared for shipment.

What do I get?

Your scoop is randomly selected from 45+ possible items, including:

Beauty blender - Bookmark - Bracelet - Candle - Claw clip - Compact mirror - Facial mask  - Fuzzy socks - Gel pen - Hair ties - Hand lotion - Keychain - Lip product - Lip mask -Mini lint roller- Nail care kit - Nail file - Notebook - Pen - Scrunchie - Sleep mask - Soap sheets - Spa headband - Stickers and MORE!

There is also the chance that you could get 2 MORE BALLS to increase your items or SPIN THE WHEEL which gives the chance of an upgraded prize.  

How are swaps and duplicate items handled?

If an exact duplicate item is revealed during your scoop, we will always try to replace it automatically unless requested otherwise.

Can I make special requests?

At this time we cannot honor any special requests.

How long does processing take?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 10 business days. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, the 10 business day processing window begins the next business day.

How do you ship?

We ship primarily via USPS from our Michigan home base. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.
