Refund policy

All of our items are handmade, which means each piece is unique and may include slight variations in color, texture, or design. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Because of the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.
